    Description

This is a really fascinating early real photo postcard of "Mr. and Mrs. Wong Sun Yue Clemens", having built the first refugee house from relics dug from the ruins of the great San Francisco earthquake of 1906.  It even gives the address as 535 Grant Ave., and background of this photo shows a tent home next to this.  Odd sign on this dwelling reads "Built by Musical Spraguello", despite spot on backside still a crisp and clean historical card.  P
ostcard came from a massive collection I recently purchased from a family of an 88 year old woman who collected them.  Some of the backs of this collection have an old price in pencil from this elderly woman, selling them as found.  Prompt and secure shipping with soft and hard clear sleeves from a non smoking healthy home is .80.  My apologies for no international shipping.  Thank you kindly.
