    Three California post cards, all in average condition. One is advertisement for the Long Beach Sanitarium with much info on the back.  2nd has a look at the hogs/pigs at the Hotel Potter in Santa Barbara.  "A Pigturesque story about a good table".  Guess the folks love their pork!!  3rd, mailed 1932, has a look at the Entrance to Bernheimer's Chinese Gardens in Santa Monica, California.

    Mint-Perfect as printed and rare in this condition.  Excellent-No bends or creases or rounded corners or other noticeable damage.  Average-Blunt or rounded corners, noticeable small crease or postal ink on front. Great majority of cards fit here.  Fair-Soiling, stains, creases, lots of postal ink, needs to be hard to find before buying here.  Poor-Tears, creases, image greatly affected--barely a card anymore!
